Sorell Hotel Tamina Bad Ragaz

The corner suite had a gorgeous setup, made for a nice birthday celebration, complete with lovely decorations. Dining in the hotel was a treat with a beautifully prepared five-course menu that was superb.

The vibrant decor in the room felt more 1980s than soothing, with clashing color schemes and loud furniture choices. Issues arose with the heating. Despite mild outdoor temperatures, the room felt uncomfortably warm even with open windows. It was hard to get a good night's sleep due to frequent traffic noise and church bells ringing every hour, disrupting rest. The spa towel situation was also frustrating. Unexpected charges for a towel dampened the relaxation vibe, and we didn't receive our spa bag until later in the stay.

The place was clean and top-class, had very very nice and polite staff that genuinely do want to provide the best possible service. The breakfast was great with homemade jams and fresh breads, for instance and we appreciated the restaurant where the food was served. The location of this hotel close enough to Thermal center, the best restaurants of the village, and skiing was great and incredible.

The hotel was centrally and well located in Bad Ragaz, with short distance to restaurants and bus for visits. The room was very clean, the bathroom sparkling. The closets for clothes had very good space even though the room was small.

We were somehow very hot when sleeping, even though the window could be opened and it was cool outside.

The room was huge even with own nespresso machine when I arrived. The atmosphere created was quiet. Also, location was marvellous and pleasant, relatively close to Heidiland. The area was lovely near to cafes in the village as well as Heidiland to Lugano...

The garden-facing room had a cool view, but it was way too hot inside.

It is a small town, very quiet at night. The room is big and very clean. We are satisfied with the dinner here. It is expensive, but it is reasonable price for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is close to the Spa (I highly recommend you to spend several hours there). The hotel is a little bit older and the rate for the room is higher.

It was just a proper fit for a brief hiatus in Bad Ragaz with decent value for money. The staff were friendly and even offered me a complimentary drink at check-in, a nice touch. Try to request a quieter room if you're sensitive to noise.

Just spent a weekend at the Sorell Hotel in Bad Ragaz, and wow, the Junior Suite was spacious and comfy! The breakfast spread was unbeatable, too. A bit of a hassle without parking, but overall, our stay was good! Can't wait to return!

The service provided there was excellent. Huge room, we had family room, with super fast internet, it's own balcony and several windows. The hotel was located in the center of Bad Ragaz.
